A really great design!  Assembles for left or right handed use.    Stand is oak with a hand rubbed Danish oil finish.  Unique needlework clamp allows use of stretcher bars, scroll frames, hoops and Q-Snaps.  Slides under chair so needlework can be positioned at the most comfortable stitching position.  Very Stable.  Light and comparatively compact to store.  One of our favorites.  Super ergonomics.  Not recommended if you cannot slide front support foot under your favorite stitching chair/couch...but...it is entirely possible that the front support foot can be placed directly to the side of your chair/recliner.  When placed this way, if your piece is too far to the left (or right if you are left handed) and you use scroll frames, you can simply use a wider scroll frame and mount your piece on the right/left side of the scroll frame to better position your piece over your lap.
