July - new Needlework Stands and products from K's Creations
K's Creations have introduced some exciting new products. They have a new "Z" stand with an expandable base to accomodate wider scroll frames and a new ultra-stable Oak base for their steel floor stand. They have also introduced "Extreme Tension" scroll rods that allow the needlework to be tightened without loosening the whole scroll frame. Visit the K's Creations page to see more detail. June - Painted Canvases updated.
Over 300 new Painted Canvases have been added to the Shopping Cart, and gradually we will be adding them to Web pages. But to see the new items and search for your favorite designer or topic, go to the Painted Canvases sub-Category page.
June - Major update to our Nora Corbett offerings
Firstly, we have so many designs from Nora Corbett that the page had become too large and took too long to download - so we have split the page into Page 1 (designs that are exclusive to Hoffman) and Page 2 (other designs, mainly from Wichelt Imports). There are easy cross links between the two pages.
In addition, the remaining designs from Nora Corbett's 12 days of Christmas designs have been added, together with two more of her other designs (all on Page 2). January 2011 - PayPal added to our payment options
Following many requests from our customes, we have added PayPal to the Shopping Cart System. It was a popular change - over half the orders on the first day used PayPal!! We have changed the shipping policy slightly to reflect the way PayPal operates (with credit cards, we only charge your card when we actually ship your items, so we know the precise items we are shipping and the shipping cost from USPS or UPS).
With PayPal, their process means that you will pay for everything on your order when you submit the order, and yet the shipping may be shown as zero if it is a large order or an international order, so adjustments may be needed. We apply refunds via PayPal where needed and request additional Paypal payments when the shipping charges are incorrect. So far, this is working well.

We have finally sorted through our inventory of Sudberry House wooden finishing items, and they are all now in the shopping cart and the Web page is in the process of being updated - there are already many new items, and all the items are in Stock (at the time of this update!).
