Jean Hilton is very popular as one of the top Canvas Embroidery designers in the US.  Jean has a lots and lots of her own stitches that are fun to learn and fun to do.  We decided to include Jean's own salon on our web site with pictures of some of the framed pieces that hang on our wall and pieces done by some of the local stitchers.  Unfortunately, the pictures do not do justice to the actual pieces but you can at least get an idea of what Jean Hilton is all about.

This first set are framed examples we have in the shop.

We had a class using the Hilton Sampler book so the local stitchers could learn many of the stitches then go and do the other Hilton designs with a large degree of confidence.  The book is quite complete.  One of the ladies got so excited she jumped ahead and finished the sampler before the second class.  That is, you don't need a class to do the sampler.   Below are some of their "in process" pieces.  We wanted to include these because we were amazed at the variety of colors and "looks" the different stitchers came up with.
