Special Orders

 We will still gladly accept special orders under the following conditions:

1. The total order amount must be in excess of $100.00.
2. Closeout discounts will not apply to special orders.    
3. We reserve the right to refuse special orders if we do
not have the manpower to fill them..
4. Our supplier minimums must be satisfied by the order.
5. Once we have placed orders(s) with our supplier(s)the
order cannot be cancelled and refunds are not allowed
(we will exchange merchandise if it is damaged).

To place a special order, you must specify "Special Order - No discounts" at the time of ordering.

Before we fill a special order, we will let you know of any supplier minimums that must be satisfied.  For example, if a certain thread you want only comes in a box of 10, you will need to agree to the purchase of the entire box.
