We hope that you never have a need to return anything, but sometimes "things" happen, and we want to ensure you stay a happy customer if at all possible.
We will normally take returns of most standard items that we ship. Damaged goods must be reported to us by phone (or email) within 24 hours of receipt. Non-damaged items must be reported to us (by phone or email) within 7 days of receipt. For your benefit, we do not normally accept returns of books, charts, graphs, kits, fabric, or threads.
If you are returning something because we shipped the wrong thing or the item was damaged in shipment, we will select the best return shipping process and provide a credit-note to cover the cost. We will then refund your original credit card payment once we have received the items.
If you decide to return something for any reason other than defined above, we will not reimburse the return shipping cost, and we also reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any returned goods that have not been authorized by Stitchers' Paradise. Special Orders cannot be returned or refunded.
